Refund and Returns Policy

1. Who this policy applies to

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to consumers who purchase a product, service or digital product sold through HowToPay, where Confidia, MB is the seller of that product or service. Where a business sells its own goods directly to its customers using the HowToPay point-of-sale software, the return and refund terms of that business apply.

2. European consumer rights

  1. If you are a consumer purchasing in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days from the day you (or a person you nominate) take possession of the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to [email protected]) before the withdrawal period expires.
  3. You will be refunded all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
  4. Where goods have been delivered, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Where a product is faulty, damaged on delivery, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
