Where a product or service is sold to a consumer through HowToPay, Confidia, MB is the seller of that product or service and is responsible for fulfilling and supporting the sale in accordance with the applicable terms of sale. Where a business sells its own goods or services directly to its customers using the HowToPay point-of-sale software, that business is the seller and is responsible for its own goods, services and obligations to its customers. Confidia, MB is not responsible for a merchant’s own goods or services sold outside a Confidia retail sale, and any questions regarding a merchant’s own products must be directed to that business.
