Consumer Terms of Sale
Last revised: 27 August 2026
1. Who is the seller
Where a product or service is sold to a consumer through HowToPay, Confidia, MB (Girulių Street 5, LT-12124 Vilnius, Lithuania, Reg. Code 306201326) is the seller of that product or service. Confidia, MB buys approved products wholesale from contracted suppliers (“Partners”) and sells them at retail to consumers.
2. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order through HowToPay constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send you an order confirmation.
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Payment for an order is taken by the payment method you select at checkout at the time of order. Your order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order confirmation is sent.
4. Your consumer rights
- As a consumer, you have rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal described in our Refund and Returns Policy and non-excludable statutory consumer guarantees.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Where a business sells its own goods
Where a business sells its own goods or services directly to its customers using the HowToPay point-of-sale software, that business is the seller and its terms, returns and consumer responsibilities apply. Confidia, MB is not responsible for a merchant’s own goods or services sold outside a Confidia retail sale.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
